How did I personally come across Richard's work?: Sheesh. I'm going to sound a bit psychotic here but a friend of mine bought me the entire Trigun series on DVD. So I'm slowly but surely cruising through each DVD. I get to the 4th volume with Legato in it. The first words out of his mouth, "Did you believe it was the idle talk of a drunk?" made me sit straight up. As stupid as it may sound, I was simply entranced by that voice. I won't even tell you how many times I hit "rewind" to listen to the first conversation between Legato and Vash. It was... it was a lot, I'll admit. XD When I found out the voice actor for Legato was someone who went under the name of Richard Hayworth, I was quick to pick up Rurouni Kenshin next... and it just grew even more from there...
Favorite Richard role to date?: I'd have to say Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin... even though I love them all, he *is* the voice for Kenshin.
Are they real?: Yes.
Why did I create this website?: Because I'm a loser. *j/k* No, I actually don't know why. I think part of me felt obligated too... I just wanted to create a site where fans of his work could go and learn what else he has been in. I often get asked if I know any "additional" information on him, and no I don't. Of course I'm madly curious but at the same time, you have to respect his privacy if he so chooses. I also get asked why he never appears at any anime conventions. (What do you people think? That I'm psychic? >.>) Again, it could be just a privacy issue or deep down, Richard could be afraid of all those screaming fan-girls he'd be sure to encounter should he ever attend one. *Grin*
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop? 68. I counted once.
Okay, that's it for now. I'll expand this section in time, because I just -know- you all are wondering more on who the heck is this insane chick behind this website. Trust me, I ask myself the same thing sometimes! XD
