recent news - updates in the life of jamie

   I have a new job, working for LiveBridge. Dun feel like explaining it. Having the usual relationship mishaps with Chris. But still quite in love ^_^

   Only a couple days before writing this, I finally got my liscence! Uahahahahaha! Now I can terrorize everyone with my mad driving skillz! >.> <.< Passed the driving test, first try, got a 92. ^-^

current

   I'm an 18 year old student of my local highschool.. sort of. I'm actually homeschooled, have been for almost all of my schooling years (2nd to 11th grades). I'm a senior now, and have no love for the kids at my school. Most of them are annoying and stupid. >.>

   I like a few of the people I've met, like Erin Janhke, Heather Emde, Randee, and some of the other girls. Anime Club memebrs are pretty fun as well.

SCREWED UP FAMILY LIFE   

   My immediate family is what TV and hype tries to sell as the "traditional nuclear family"; Me, Mom, Dad, and my older Brother (since Christopher isn't my brother by law, he technically doesn't count - sorry hon, don't worry I still think of you as my bro though).

   How is that possible? I'll explain. I love sharing 9_9.

   I was born to a woman named Chris Lewis, 2 years after my older brother, Richard was born to her. Six months after I was born, Chris complied with the agreement she made with my then-uncle and aunt, John and Sheryl Carlson (Chris is John's sister). Thus, I became Jamie Marie Carlson, and was no longer Jamie Marie Lewis. Rick came with me; Christopher wasn't born until 2 years after I was. By then Chris had decided she wanted to be a mommy.

   Anyway, my immediate family is decent and wonderful. But my outside family is a little messy; I have 2 uncles who are deadbeats, one constantly going to jail, the other... well let's just say that the other is a shameful person indeed. I don't feel comfortable sharing that much on my About page.

   Most of my family ignores my dad, mom and I. We're the white sheep in the black sheep herd, so to speak. Dad was one of the few diamonds mixed in with the quartz by accident.

   Aaaaaanywho. Let's move on shall we?

   I'm a voice actress, so to speak. I have quite a few amateur voice acting parts under my belt (or at least, they will be once they are finished). I don't get paid, but it's a step in the right direction to fulfill my dream of voice acting stardom!

   I love to write, read and draw, and sing. But I'm not the greatest singer, so I mainly keep that to myself haha. ^^; I really value my friends and family! I'm an avid Furcadia fanatic, and love to make patches and portraits for Furc =) (WEll, used to, Furc got boring) I am now obsessed with Gaia ^^; (see the main page and the banner to the left on said main page for more info)

   I finally happily have found someone to be with and love him more than I thought I was capable of loving someone. Scary, but wonderful at the same time. We're finally officially dating, and we don't have to worry about our age gap anymore. ^-^
